Immune ignition smoothie

Serves 2
Ingredients
1-2 cup liquid of choice
1/2 cup baby spinach
1 celery stick
1/2 lebanese cucumber
1/2 carrot
1 pear or apple, chopped with skin on
Slice of lemon with skin on
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp mixed seeds (hemp & flax)
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and serve.
